With almost 700 customers worldwide, Symplify provides a CRO platform for A/B testing on websites and a comprehensive marketing platform solution and strategy to help our customers increase engagement with their customers, enabling them to achieve greater success from their direct marketing efforts.

You understand business hierarchy and can effectively tailor your message depending on with whom you are speaking.
You thrive on witnessing how your impact on the sales process plays out and know how to focus your time on Hot, Cold and Warm prospects.
You like the challenge of a high-volume sales environment because you like to win and win often.

Based at our office in Stockholm, with the possibility of teleworking, your life is devoted to:
-Outbound prospecting for sales of Symplify SaaS solutions
-Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals
-Identify and pursue business opportunities – from lead to signed contract
-Build and present custom solution and service offerings to address the issues specific to each case
-Develop relations of trust and transparency with prospects and customers
-Effectively communicate and record sales activity and opportunities to our CRM and reporting to sales management
-Attend and participate in training and be an active participant in your personal and professional development
You will be supported by sales development representatives, marketing actions, lead generation, sales support consultants, and the Symplify team.
-Sales – both outbound and inbound to bring in new logos
-Effectively communicate our services through presentations and service proposals
-Understand customer needs and propose the best solutions to meet their needs
-Create a climate of trust between clients and Symplify, based on listening and demonstrating our expertise
-Work with internal Customer Success Managers for the implementation of solutions and services
-achieve company objectives of income and profitability
-5 to 10 years of experience in sales: marketing technology solutions and services preferred
-Completion of a post secondary degree/diploma
-Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
-Ability to communicate, present, and influence the different levels of an organization, including executive levels
-Ability to manage the sales process, from planning to conclusion of the agreement
-Ability to articulate the different characteristics of our technology platform and services
-Ability to position our products and services compared to the competition
-Plan and execute effective sales calls
-Excellent skills to listen, diagnose, and respond with the appropriate solution, presentation, and negotiation
-Rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation and analytical skills.
-Excellent skills in oral and written communication in Swedish and English
-Organized and motivated
-High degree of competency in CRM
-Strong customer focus: connect customer’s business needs with Symplify solutions and services with the ability to develop and articulate a growth vision for customer
Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with prospects over the phone, in person, and electronically
-Strong written communication skills: Create effective proposals, which address the needs of the prospects and outline a profitable solution for both prospect and Symplify
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
