Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will focus on new sales, developing and managing client/partner relationships, driving sales across Latam and Europe, and identifying opportunities in new and existing markets. This role demands a strong background in value-based selling and SaaS sales at an executive level, preferably with experience in the iGaming industry, but not a must. Knowledge of the Latam market and language skills would be a significant advantage.
This position offers flexibility to work from our HQ in Stockholm (preferred) or remotely within Europe, with occasional travel required
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our CRM SaaS solutions in Latam and Europe, focusing on new client acquisition.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, both internally and externally.
Consultative Selling: Use a value-based selling approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and clearly demonstrate ROI.
Market Development: Proactively identify and penetrate new markets, working independently to execute innovative ideas and strategies for growth.
Event Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen Symplify AB’s market position and build connections with potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and successfully close high-value deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer success and onboarding team, to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in value-based selling, with a track record of success in SaaS sales at an executive level.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
Market Expertise: Familiarity with the Latam market is a significant advantage.
